Short Stories

Here are a few short stories I have written. I will be posting more as they get rejected from magazines.

The Missed Step

This story came to me when a friend of mine said that when she climbed a flight of stairs at work the number of steps was different from what it was the day before. Sent to a few magazines, got rejected. I could not send to more  because the word count was around 8,000 and most magazines only accept around 5,000.

Flatland Phenomenon

Silly story about a couple og guys out in the swamp. I like this one. It's short and amuseing

Icons

This story was written pre-911. It was written with the concept that there were no real enemies anymore. I think it's a pretty lame story now.

Weird Laments

Silly story about a tentacle that jumps out of sewers and grabs people, but only one guy can see it. You have to click 'next page' to read the whole thing.

Siblings

A story about a farmboy who has to take care of his freak half-siblings that lived in the cellar. I won 50 bucks for the story. Woo. There is a second story in there named 'milk' that has my name on it, but I did not write it. NOTE: in pdf format. Pretty big file.

To Live Forever

Sure, you can life forever. But at what costs?
